Refund and Returns Policy


1. Order Confirmation
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. Upon successful payment authorization, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
• Product unavailability
• Pricing or typographical errors
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Payment failure or verification issuesIf we cancel your order, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.


2. Order Cancellation by Customer


2.1 Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting our Customer Support team.
• If cancellation is approved before shipment, you will receive a full refund.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.


2.2 After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy (Section 3).

3. Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• The return request is made within 3/5 days of delivery.
• The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is provided.

Refunds will only be issued after inspection and approval of the returned product.


4. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are received damaged or defective:
• Perishable goods
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Customized or personalized items
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Gift cards or promotional items
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos/videos as evidence.
Upon verification, we will offer:
• A replacement (subject to availability), or
• A full refund including delivery charges (where applicable).

6. Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment only.
• We do not issue cash refunds for online payments.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on banks, card issuers, or mobile money providers.
• Transaction fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted where legally permissible.
7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to:
• Incorrect address provided,
• Recipient unavailability,
• Refusal to accept delivery,
We reserve the right to deduct return shipping fees from any eligible refund.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any payment issues before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in:
• Temporary suspension of your account
• Submission of transaction records to your payment provider
We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks.
